Whole fee, permanently
Point 100% of creator fees at the treasury. A partial share would make published payouts a fraction of what the token earned. A direction that can still move is a promise that can still be withdrawn.
Meme Accounts is the fee recipient for pons.family tokens. Trading accrues creator fees to the treasury. We claim them on a schedule, send 80% through X Money, and spend 20% buying and burning the protocol token. Nobody has to connect a wallet to get paid.

Fees sit in the treasury until claimed. Claiming every trade would spend more in network fees than a quiet token collected. Each claim is keyed to its transaction signature.
The recipient share and the protocol cut are computed from that claim and not recalculated later. We add no extra fee on top of the 20%.
Dollars leave a pre-funded X Money balance so a payout does not wait on an off-ramp. @MemePay_ replies with the amount and the token it came from. Explorer publishes the receipt.
